TWG Strategy is pleased to announce the publication of Build What Lands: The Execution Spine Framework for Durable Growth, by Lara Kelly and Oriel Ekşi.
The book grew out of our work with organizations facing a familiar challenge: translating sound strategies and important commitments into results.
The Execution Spine framework was originally conceived and architected by TWG Partner Lara Kelly, drawing on recurring patterns we observed through client engagements. The firm's collective experience further developed those ideas and made them the foundation for Build What Lands.
The book examines the conditions that influence execution, including how work is organized, where decision authority sits, how competing priorities are managed, and whether an organization has the capacity to deliver what leadership has committed to.
Written as a practical resource for executives and organizational leaders, Build What Lands introduces a structured approach to examining these challenges and making execution more manageable.
