Oriel Ekşi
Managing Partner
Oriel Ekşi leads TWG Strategy's advisory practice, guiding the firm's strategic direction, client engagements, and institutional relationships.
Her background spans advocacy, organizational development, operations, and government engagement. She has worked across complex federal, state, and local environments where policy priorities, funding requirements, partnerships, and implementation must be considered together.
At TWG, Oriel works with clients to assess opportunities, develop strategies, navigate institutional relationships, and address the practical considerations that affect implementation. Her experience informs the firm's approach to connecting executive objectives with the organizational and external conditions required to advance them.
Oriel is also co-author of Build What Lands: The Execution Spine Framework for Durable Growth, which examines how organizations structure and deliver important strategic commitments.

Lara Kelly
Partner
Lara Kelly holds a bachelor's degree in communications and brings a background in industrial-organizational psychology to her advisory work at TWG Strategy. She advises clients on business strategy, organizational performance, market positioning, strategic communications, and implementation.
Her approach examines how an organization's strategy, internal operations, and public positioning influence one another. She helps clients evaluate growth opportunities, clarify complex offerings, strengthen their competitive position, and identify the decisions and organizational conditions that affect execution.
Drawing on her understanding of organizational behavior, Lara considers how leadership, motivation, role clarity, and decision-making influence performance. Her work often involves identifying underlying issues that may not be immediately apparent, including situations where communication or positioning challenges reflect deeper strategic or operational problems.
Her experience spans business and institutional environments, including federal strategy, technical market positioning, organizational planning, and executive communications.
Lara is also co-author of Build What Lands: The Execution Spine Framework for Durable Growth and contributed to the development of the framework.

Mike Fox
Partner
Mike Fox brings more than two decades of law-enforcement experience to TWG Strategy, including more than twelve years as a detective.
His career includes investigations involving homicide, violent crime, financial crime, missing persons, and human trafficking. That experience developed his understanding of investigative decision-making, operational constraints, institutional accountability, and coordination across agencies and jurisdictions.
At TWG, Mike contributes to public safety strategy, government engagement, institutional advisory work, and the assessment of emerging technologies for government and operational environments.
His perspective is particularly relevant when organizations need to understand how a proposed capability, partnership, or solution will function within the realities of public institutions and operational systems.
